Our two centre holidays provide a chance to combine the best destinations in Morocco by selecting two of our 3 or 4 night authentic accommodation short break packages. This incredibly diverse country offers many combinations – from city to desert and from mountains to coast. You can experience the benefits of a gentle pace in which you unpack only twice. At each location we still include guided tours of the main attractions but you’ll have plenty of time to relax and explore at your own pace.
What we include
You will sleep in style in a comfortable or luxurious riad or authentic hotel in each chosen centre. Private transfers between your arrival and departure airports and each of the centres are always included – either by spacious saloon car, MPV or 4×4 – depending on road conditions and your group size. Chauffeurs usually speak some English, though many are reasonably fluent. Between certain locations travel might be by train (with 1st class seat). Dinner is included on your first night to allow you time to settle in and find your feet. We also include an activity (perhaps a guided sightseeing tour or walk)on the first full day in each new location to help you to get your confidence and bearings in the area, and to experience the main attractions. There is plenty of free time for you to explore by yourself and hotel staff are always on hand to offer additional suggestions and local advice on the best activities or restaurants.
Choose your two centres
The most popular two centre combinations in southern Morocco usually include Marrakech plus the Atlas Mountains, Essaouira or a Saharan location. In northern Morocco combining a few days in Chefchaouen with either Asilah on the Atlantic Coast or Fez produces a holiday of scenic and cultural contrasts. Some suggestions are outlined on pages 51-53 or call us for advice.
Check flight options
Flight options to Morocco change regularly. Some cities receive several direct flights from the UK each day, such as Marrakech, Agadir or Casablanca. Other gateways such as Tangier, Fez or Ouarzazate can usually only be reached via Royal Air Maroc flights with a change of planes at Casablanca, though direct flights may be available from time to time. Well served by daily direct flights from the UK, Gibraltar is worth considering as a start or end point for two centre holidays in northern Morocco. The options are many. If you need advice or help with arranging flights please get in touch.
Pick your preferred accommodation
You can pick the properties that suit your specific requirements from our range in each location on pages 12 to 49. Perhaps start with a traditional riad in Marrakech to fully experience the atmosphere in the heart of the medina then end with refined five star luxury in an authentic Kasbah hotel. Alternatively you can choose to explore Berber trails in the High Atlas based at a homely guesthouse then unwind in an Atlantic spa retreat. The choice is yours.
Select your ideal departure date
Once you’ve selected your preferred holiday departure date and duration contact us and we’ll check availability and make all the necessary bookings. Due to the popularity of many of our featured hotels and riads it always helps to have a little flexibility with dates or to book early to avoid disappointment.
Our standard two centre holiday duration is 8 days / 7 nights, spending 3 or 4 nights in each destination. However if you’d like to add on extra days to each location just let us know and we can arrange it. The minimum duration we can work with is 5 days / 4 nights.
